Any ideas for a lo cal shavous menu.........I am not doing milchig.

So far I have
Morrocan Salmon
Spanish rice with veggies
stringbean veg medley
cauliflower
meat
chicken lo mein (with veggies only)

I slice a big cabbage into thin slices, break them up into shreds, toss w/ olive oil, salt and spices (I use Montreal chicken seasoning) and bake at 425 till crispy.

Chicken pastrami rollups- flatten cutlets. Spread mayo (I use avocado oil mayo) on top and layer pastrami. Roll up chicken, hold in place with toothpicks if needed. Smear duck sauce (or more mayo if too fattening) on top of rollups, and sprinkle crushed French fried onions. Bake uncovered like 30 min.

Spaghetti squash kugel-
-2 1/2 C cooked spaghetti squash
-2 C chopped scallions+ 1 C chopped mushrooms (saute them together)
-1/2 C water
-1 C marinara sauce
-3 eggs
-Salt, pepper, garlic

Mix all together. Bake on 400 till ready (dunno how long!)
