It's only DH and me for Shavuous. Making 1 meat meal. (rest dairy or pareve) and DH would love some meat but I only know how to make roasts and I'm on a budget. Any suggestions for type of cut to buy and how to prepare for 2 people?

You can make minute steak buy a pack of four steaks or a 1-2 lb roast.
Do you like your meat sweet or savory ?

Oyster steak. About $10 a piece. But really delicious. Just put olive oil and spices and broil a few minutes on each side.
