You can freeze the orzo on its own, the sauteed onion on its own, and crisp up the pastrami fresh on YT.

I defrost it overnight and reheat it on the hotplate in a pan of water.

I freeze it. I reheat on hot plate with a little oil in foil pan & keep stirring. If you don't want the bottom to burn I just put it on top of an overturned foil pan once it's warm. Defrost before reheating.

What is the recipe for pastrami orzo?
I have a recipe deli rice with sautéed onions and duck sauce. Is it the same with orzo?

Sauté onions, mushrooms first then add in strips of pastrami to sautee, and salt pepper. Mix into a bowl of cooked drained orzo
