I wonder if they’ll go for the asking price. It sounds like a lot to me. Given that it’s such a big Project and across shop Rite I thought they’d need to ask for less.

It probably will. I know of 2 other complexes that condos were sold for a 1m+. Ppl are living in both already. It's unfortunately the new reality.

I've seen many houses, condos in the neighborhood lately and this is a little more expensive. You are getting a parking spot so maybe it's worth it.

1500 sq ft 3 br on the 7th floor is 830k. Ridiculous!!! I wonder if they'll really get the prices they are asking for. Banging head

It can be the asking price for 4-6 family condos not for 150 families. Something has to give.

There are so mAny new apartments coming up
Pinnacle near shop rite, where the old bowling alley was on 60th, and on new Utrecht on top of regal furniture
Additionally many young families are moving to Lakewood and states island
I wonder if these outrageous prices will fall??!!!

I thought the ones on New Utrecht where the furniture store used to be are all studio apartments, not for families.
