I'm very surprised that nobody has mentioned Rabbi Shay Tahan. He is known as the "WhatsApp" rabbi from AskHalacha.com and he will answer you over WhatsApp anytime. He also has tons of instructional videos explaining all sorts of things. I've been asking him my shailos for years and he is amazing. You can PM me for his number if you want.
