Losing weight is simple to explain but difficult to do.

Eat less calories then you use, and make sure those calories come from healthy nutritious choices.

Spend the mental energy on will power and self control, rather than looking up plans and reading books.

Hatzlacha!

Weight watchers!! They now allow you to pay for app use only so it’s way cheaper not having to go down anywhere it’s greeat as a long term. Low carb is also great but not everyone can do it long term

See, this is where many dieters go wrong. A diet based on willpower and self control is doomed to fail. As long as you're focused on the foods you can't eat you will never feel satisfied. The key is to figure out healthy, delicious food you enjoy so you do not feel deprived. If books and diet plans help with that, that's where your energy should go.
