I’m looking for a math class for my fifth grader to take over the summer. He doesn’t have daily access to the internet, although if it’s something that can be downloaded in advance, he can use a laptop (which will generally NOT be connected to the internet...)

Any ideas?

It sounds like you might be better off with a workbook. Walk into Barnes and Noble and see what they have.
