Ben bag bag said learn it learn it (literally I think it's more like turn it over) for everything is in it, look deeply in it; grow old and grey over it. and do not stir from it, for this is nothing more edifying for you than it.
Translation taken from Tehillas Hashem siddur and in there it's part of mishnah 21.
Oh and I guess it's obivous but "it" is the Torah.
