Well, no... I wasn’t so sure but the streets that make no sense ... I used to live there and that’s what everyone would tell me about the streets! I guess it really doesn’t make sense but I got used to it.

What’s up with the lox ice cream..eww!!


The streets switch off between avenue and road, except that sometimes they don't, sometimes they do but you also have random Drive or Crescent thrown in, sometimes they skip numbers for no reason like 75th ave follows 73 ave, they're basically a grid except at areas where they turn and aren't...Lol

I used to live on 147th st and I remember my Brooklyn friends telling me that it makes no sense that 150th comes after 147th...
really the blocks are so long so probably it’s equivalent to there being a 148 and 149 street somewhere between 147 and 150th. Btw there really is a 149 st at some point! anyway, you’re right and if you have never lived there it doesn’t make sense! I lived there before Waze existed and I sometimes got lost in my own neighborhood!

They also used to have crazy workers there but last I was there was a good 20 years ago!
