I don't get your point.
My 6-year old son wears short-sleeved tees and short pants because there's nothing wrong with that.
My 3-year old daughter still wears short sleeves too, but I don't see it a double standard that I'm going to stop her within the next couple of years.
Being PC aside, tznius for girls is different to boys. That's just a fact.
