Im looking for the real home made tasting Gefilte Fish with no flour, just fish and spices and sugar.

Pesach time they do special runs with no fillers at many places like Fish to Dish and I think it's called Mehadrin? on New Utrecht & 48. Call them and find out if they do it during the year as well.

They both have it (store on New Utrecht is Tuv Taam).
Which one tastes more like what the Balebustas in Europe made?

I'm trying to remember. We had Fish to Dish this year and I think I remember that Tuv Tams was better. I didn't love the gefilte from Fish to Dish.

We didn’t like theirs either but they merged with another fish store from 16th ave recently and the gefilte fish from that other brand is delicious. You can request it but I don’t remember the name.

I believe Tuv Taam on 48 and New Utrecht has that year round (they used to, for sure).
