I have no time to look now but in the past I found really cheap ones at Target (maybe 6 years ago though that I still have my girls in! Just younger ones  ) and Jumping Beans brand from Kohls...Both brands were long enough to cover knees and had short sleeves.

Childrens place has if you want to do Express shipping. Even without I usually get in a few days. Neck is a little low though, I just put them on backwards (tagless) and wash first to shrink a bit.
Eta: typed it in Amazon and a bunch of results came up. I would paste links but it would probably be faster for you to do a search and look through.
