Any quiet or private beaches in the vicinity of Lakewood that has very little pritzus?

You're asking for the impossible. There's no such a thing as a quiet beach with little pritzus in the summer.

The entire Jersey shore is busy in the summer.
The only time it quiets down is at night...you can try Mantoloking or Manasquan but there definitely will be people and pritzus around even in the evenings.

If you have a car with four wheel drive, you can drive on the beach at Island beach state park. It's not empty, but you can sometimes find a quieter spot

Not on Sunday! They frequently have to close the beach early Sunday afternoons cuz it gets full to capacity. They already posted it as an hour ago it's closed to the public

Otherwise most beaches are packed
When the lifeguards leave and you don’t need badges (like after 5:30) the beaches are emptier. Wendsday nights tend to be the quietest (except for this weekend Eruv July 4).
Could be island beach state park during the week isn’t so bad. But I don’t know for sure.
