My sweet 7 year old son has incredibly intense ADHD. It's been impacting him (and us) since he was born and we've been actively working with it since he was 3. It's been a long road filled with OT, therapy, parenting strategies, medications and lots of tears and love.
Just watched this incredible talk by Jessica McCabe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiwZQNYlGQI - A must-see for anyone who has ADHD or has someone in their life with ADHD. This video brought me to tears and gave me a new understanding of my child.
