Recently discovered about Aldi and I was wondering what do you usually buy there and how often do you go there.
Generally speaking, I'd also be curious to know about your shopping routine.

Shop there weekly. Buy snacks, crackers, cereal, cookies, oil, sugar, vinegar, pickles, olives, yogurt, guacamole, chumus, fresh salmon, frozen french fries/tater tots, whatever produce looks decent for a good price. I don't buy all of those every week obviously... Probably other things too that I'm forgetting.

Some things are cheaper at Costco. Like Kirkland oils, frozen fruit I think, maple syrup. Most are cheaper at Aldi.
I forgot- also get at Aldi peanut butter, ziplocs, honey, tissues.

their fruits and veg are amazing quality and most are super cheap!
on a whole you can generally assume that an item of their brand is cheaper than any other store brand (my own opinion - not researched) ex -ketchup, pickles etc

Fruits and vegetables are amazing!! Cereals, nuts, dried fruit. Frozen foods like oj, greenbeans, French fries, taters, popsicles, ices like frozfruit. Orange juice, eggs, oatmeal, hot sauce, soy sauce, pickles, baking supplies like flour, sugar, Brown sugar, confectioners sugar, oil, baking powder and baking soda all at prices that can't be beat. Baby wash and diapers, diaper cream their brand are excellent and pennies on the dollar. Sunscreen... I can go on and on... We even got our gas grill and outdoor chairs there... I go there weekly and spend very little in comparison to what I get for it.

I found the diapers comparable to Luvs, it was $11.99 for a box of about 72 in size five.

I shopped at the nostrand aldis in Brooklyn for the first time this week. Twilight zone experience.
The shoppers were mostly old time Russians. Who must’ve felt right at home. Cuz The shelves were bare. In the whole store there was 1! case of cereal. Trix. But it was 2.75$ soo bought a box. Just 1 cuz u need a quarter to access shopping carts.
There was an actual brawl over the last bag of white cherries. So I quietly took a bag of red. For 1.99/lb
I also bought a bag of bagels. Ice cream sandwiches. Microwave popcorn that I had to toss cuz it smelled so rotten.
I had hoped to buy a lot more. But there was nothing else to buy.
A guy pushed a cart into me at checkout. I assumed it was an accident. But then he continued to ram it into me while shouting. In Russian.
