I'm looking for a new delicious recipe for baby potatoes that I can use as side for Friday night.
I usually do a recipe using mayo and soup mix but I'm getting bored of it and want a change.
Will you all send your recipes Please!!

Sliced onion minced/smashed fresh garlic. Mix w/ baby potatoes. Grind in pink Himalayan sea salt and black pepper. (I like the trader joe grinders). Olive oil and bake covered.

I steam them until you can pierce with a knife and then season with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and sautee in the same pot until brown and crunchy on the outside. You can roast them too.
