My husband is home tomorrow and Friday (yay!)
Sending the kiddo out till 1.
What are some awesome staycation ideas? We are not movie watchers.
So far, we're gonna make sushi.

Diy around the house! Its tons of fun and not expensive! We bought planters, reupholstered chairs, painted...all while listening to music. We took turns picking songs because we have WILDLY different tastes.
We ordered lunch in, from 2 different places. It was fun!
And we spoke about our jobs and the people we work with. It was eye opening, spending so much time together again..
Oh! We popped fresh popcorn in a pot! With real oil! Yum

K so its 10000 degrees outside and I'm 8 mos pregnant, so no outdoors. Last time he had off, we walked the bridge! That's was so much fun. But very different situation, weather-wise, and my-personal-heater-wise.
We got the food thing covered! Gonna make sushi tomorrow for lunch and gonna make pizza on Friday for lunch. (Bbq for supper).
The DIY crafts is noooottttttttttt my husbands thing whatsoever lol! I'm gonna save the arts n crafts/organizing for when he's at work and I'm bored.
I guess we can go out....(not for food, though!). Thinking maybe couple's massage. And/or some kind of cool coffee tasting thing in some cool hip place, if I can find.

go out for ice cream
jigsaw/ crossword puzzles
look at albums/organize photos/ develop pics/ take professional photography pics
Do the lawn/ landscaping/ home repairs/ set up pool/swings/Do a spring cleaning on your garage
Watch a live show somewhere/Do pottery/go fishing/boating
Go to a mall
Palisades mall also has plenty of activities besides for shopping
like go carts/ ropes course/ imax etc....
