I need ideas for meals for 2 days. I need low sodium and low cholesterol ideas. No cooking facilities. I will just have a fridge.

I can't eat egg yolks, so hard boiled eggs are out.

My health is fragile. It's important I eat as healthy as possible.

I need suggestions.

Egg white omelette and hot vegtables for breakfast.

Sometimes a salad
Chicken breast or fish for lunch
Rice
Hot vegetables

Chicken breast or fish whichever I didn't have for lunch
Hot vegetables
Rice or a grain or matzoh

Snacks
Yogurt and sliced almonds

The only thing that works away from home is yogurt and almonds. Tha salad also works.

I would grill chicken breast in advance and take it along. Eat on salad or in a sandwich.

You have a fridge. I’ve been away three times in the past three months for over three days and no control over food, including pesach. But I had access to a fridge. So we took what we usually ate and if there was nothing available we could eat in our room. Bt the way we also drove about 6 hours each way and took a cooler/ ice packs. You can’t really eat a whole lot of fewer things than we do. If we can do it, anyone can. We precooked everything and ste it cold.

They make plug in portable appliances to heat food up. Like this
https://www.amazon.com/Hot-Log.....0BRRX

Can you cook food in advance and bring something like that? You can also use a sandwich maker to cook eggs in, or eat room temp grilled chicken. Salmon can be eaten cold too.

I have a cavity that needs to be filled, so I understand. Can you leave it out at room temp, or warm it up on a windowsill? Just enough to take the chill off, but not enough to give you food poisoning. Just take it out of the fridge a half an hour before you want to eat.

Best of luck on your trip, and your health.

Bring a george foreman grill and a supply of chicken breast and salmon. You can grill them on the grill. Buy locally salad vegetables, or bring with. You can make omelettes in advance and heat them on the grill. Healthy crackers, bread, or rice cakes, or couscous which I think just needs hot water. Or those noodle soups which have the flavouring separate.

Peanut butter on any sort of bread/cracker
Homemade instant oatmeal- all you need is a way to heat water (either a hotpot or immersion heater)
Salad with precooked salmon or chicken (or canned salmon/tuna)
Quinoa salad (add your favorite veggies , sauces, beans, etc or look online for yummy recipes)
