I have deep blackheads on my dry sensitive skin in my T-zone. Some may be decades old. I’ve tried physical and chemical exfoliants based on a dermatologist and a retinoid. They are still there and too noticeable for me to go without makeup. What else should I try? Is there a place or procedure? NY What do I ask for? TIA!

I can't imagine laser is the way to go. They just need to be extracted. Have a dermatologist do it for you.

I went to the dermatologist and she told me to use the retinoid and chemical exfoliant. Do you know of a good one?

Madeline in Manhattan does extractions. (212) 362-0450
There is some good in Monsey as well. I don't know if that is convenient or not.
Mario Bedescau also does extractions. 212.758.1065

Dr. Isaac Novack once took out a few for me years back. He's retired now but his office is still running and I hear the dermatologists are good.
