I saw someone mentioned this program here a while back.
I would love to hear more about it. Can anyone share?

I used it for my diastasis recti. Im still in middle of it, but ive definitely seen a huge improvement.
Its a program specifically geared to strengthen the core/pelvic area, correcting diastasis recti and other such issues.

I don't know if I necessarily have diastasis recti, but I still have a mommy pouch three years on. Would it be the right thing for me?

I highly recommend it.
I have diastasis recti and wash advised by physio to do pilates.
Well, after a year of pilates I still couldn't manage some moves because my core was so bad... (although I know it's amazing for many)
I then stopped pilates and started mutu only and after 8 weeks was able to do all the pilates moves that I hadn't managed until then.
So for me it's great.
Exc value for money too

If your mommu pouch is a result of diastasis recti then its the perfect thing for you.
Look on youtube for instructions how to see if you have it

Did you order the MUTU kit bag as well? Was just going to purchase and saw now that this is needed as well?
