Goal: 117

Diet: Atkins

Exercise: housework, elliptical when I am not in a fibromyalgia flare

OK, I'm with you guys and willing to be brutally honest. I've added a few points to S-N-NY's list -

height - 5'7"
age - 43
highest weight (after Pesach this year) - 280lb
current weight - 252lb
amount want to lose - to much to even think about!
ideal weight you want to be -realistic- 175lb
mini goal - 230lb by Pesach
diet you're on - SBD
exercize - 45 min walking every day - never miss
other - considering lapband surgery - I have a very very slow metabolism and weight just doesn't shift very quickly

5'7" = 170cm

175lb = 79.5kg

hope that helps but anyway there is no rule that you have to post in lbs and inches so post away in cm and kg

OK, I'll try, I'll have to keep figuring out how well everyone's doing.
height - 175 cm
highest weight (3 months ago)- 82.8 kg
current weight - 72.3 kg
amount want to lose - about another 10 kg
ideal weight you want to be -realistic- I used to be 60, but I'll be happy already if I can get down to 65
diet you're on - through dietician, no sugar, low carb, everything whole wheat.
exercize - pilates, tennis once a week + alot of walking (hills everywhere!)

weight-143
Short term goal: 130 (by pesach) - approx. 1 lb a week
Long term goal: 120
Diet: watch what I eat, no nosh etc. (I basically have a daily menu that I stick to which I know is a good amt. of calories for slowly losing weight while nursing)
Exercise - I would like to do an exercise DVD I have 3x a week which flattens the stomach, thighs etc. and walk the other days. But both have yet to happen.

Short term goal: 160- by pesach
Long term goal: 150
Diet: Learning self control. Even if I want to eat cookies, saying no to that last one. As long as I work on my self control/restraint while eating, that'll help in the long run. Trying to cut back on sugar and white flour- trying to eat whole grains...
Exercise - Walking pushing a heavy stroller up huuuuuuuuge hills.

love this idea - let's see if this finally motivates me out of my slump!

height: 5'3"

weight: 66.5 kg (sorry for the mixed terms - I haven't gotten taller since I was last measured in America - but I've gained weight overseas! Tongue Out )
amount want to lose: 5 kg

ideal weight: 60-62 kg (the 62 end is more realistic)

diet: trying to avoid nosh and not overdo it on carbs, esp. not to eat carbs btw meals

exercise: 1/2 hr. aerobic 3x/week, 1/2 hr. mild weights/strength training 2x/week - but baby's nap schedule has not been accommodating that so well lately, so it hasn't been so consistent - and when the older kids don't have school for whatever reason, forget it.

I would first like to say that if your under Amother then you are not holding yourself accountable, which is half of the way to lose weight.

height- 5'7
weight-215, as of this morning
Short term goal: 179- by pesach
Long term goal: 147
Diet:Weight Watchers, core plan. Basicly cutting out sugar and white flour and realizing when you are hungry.
Exercise - walking, 100 crunches a day, recumbent bike and various other things

exersize- walking 30 minutes 4-5 times a week
other-no eating after seven
