If you have food stamps/Medicaid, you could be eligible for a lifeline plan which could get you 200 unlimited minutes with your regular landline plan

No google voice - needs to be landline to their landline/mobile.
Not on foodstamps
Once upon a time a long time ago there were calling card numbers which you could use to make cheaper calls - does no one use them anymore?

Where do you live? If you are in the brooklyn area you can walk into a local cell phone or grocery store and buy a calling card
I haven’t used them in a while but I remember that calls were 3 or 4 cents a minute.

I use shalom972. Honestly not sure its the cheapest.
Oh Can probably get you a referral code. Thinks thats how I started with them and never looked for cheaper. I should probably check the links given here.

I use the calling plan sold by chaim braun in Lakewood. They refill every time I run out/ I call them.
