Can anyone advise of nice quiet place to go tubing as close as possible to Brooklyn? Dh doesn't drive and looking to spend least possible on car service. If you can recommend nice hotel with pool nearby we may turn this into a long overdue mini vacation. All suggestions appreciated.

The closest tubing to Brooklyn would probably in the Poconos at the Delaware River. There are many hotel options at the Poconos.

There’s definitely public transport options to the Poconos from the city. Don’t take a car service to Poconos! It will be prohibitively expensive, I imagine

You can go Kayaking on the Hudson if you don't want to go too far.

Has anyone been to Silver canoe in Port Jervis? That seems closer than the others.
