I just had an argument with my not even two year old that she can not have makeup. And she kept saying I want makeup! Finally I gave in and gave her moisturizer she said “no not this one I want the other one”. I thought I wouldn’t have this argument with her until she was at least 12!! She’s 10 years early!!!!
What are some arguments you’ve had with your kids?

HA! My 2 yr old also constantly asks for makeup. I've convinced her that sunscreen is makeup Very Happy She's very fair and I need to reapply sunscreen on her all throughout the day. Not sure what we will do in the winter....

You know if your 2 year old is asking for makeup that is a sign of pritzuz. You better start dressing more tnius so that she doesn't go OTD

Translucent powders really are makeup, and they don't show up or even do much at all if you apply them without makeup underneath.

Same argument. Mine just ends differently. He storms to his room and goes to sleep...no shower.

3 year old: screaming and crying unconrobally
Me: what’s wrong?
3 year old: my brother won’t turn me into a car
Me to 12 year old: you better turn him into a car this instant!!!
12 year old: ok! I’ll do it! Waves his Phoenix feather wand and turns his brother into a car
3 year old stops crying.
Me to 12 year old: next time he wants to transform into a car you better listen right away!!

All is calm in my crazy household once again.

Ok. Boys... I actually got my son to cry a few times when I told him to shower. I meant his favor

Then I told 12 year old son to put on deodorant after 2 hours of basketball.
Him: no, no. I don't smell.
Me: go do it anyways.
Him: fine. Stomps upstairs. Puts on so much, I can't breathe. Better? I told you putting on deodorant was a bad idea?

Boys!!!!

Husband: "I left some over"
Me: "show me."
Husband: (joining me at the bottle) "idk. Maybe you drank it?"

Socks are not napkins!

Mind you, it was still on the foot of said child and there was a napkin right there on the table of course.

Edited to correct autocorrect.

Lol I have that my two year son!!! Can't Believe It I’m constantly finding him with my blush brush all over his face and hair. It’s a fight we have each morning when I put in makeup. He thinks it’s a “frush” (brush) for his hair. I once washed his face and the towel was tan colored. He smeared foundation all over his face and hair. Oy!!

This is how the argument with my little brother ends-

Fine I’ll take a shower. (You are the worst mom or sister or dad -whoever is trying to get him to go- in the world)

How we find him an hour later- still stinking sweaty in his clothing asleep in on floor of the bathroom. Can't Believe It
