Apron front or not, that is the question?!
Pros, cons. Please help me decide!

I just remodeled with an apron front sink. It has no particular functional value but I liked the way it looked. Mine is a copper sink and I have an Arts & Crafts styke kitchen so it goes with that period.
In terms of functionality, I got a sink with the drain in the back and to the side. This means I can fit a trash rollout because the garbage disposal isn’t in the middle.
I wanted an undermount sink because it is easier to wipe down the counters.
I got a ledge style sink because it enables me to have a cutting board and a grid directly over the sink which effectively increases my counter space. It is also more functional to prep stuff over sink rather than on the counter. My grid can be used to dry dishes or produce when needed.

Apron fronts look nice! Never had one though so can't speak to practicality/ function.
I really like my undermount D-sink. It's roomier than a rectangular sink and I like the look of the D shape.
