1:30? 5:20? So different... I live in nj and had to stop at 4:05.
I was still up at 12:45 and ate pasta with melted cheese and sauce, yogurt and water. Then I woke up at 3:55 and drank a cup of water and a cup of Gatorade.
It’s 7:50 and I’m thirsty again...

No I had it at 5ish, instead of my usual 6:30 ish
I prepped everything last night
Went to sleep around 12
Got up a little before 5, ate

I live in Miami. Fast started 5:22

On Shabbat I don’t usually eat anything after lunch, perhaps an herbal tea in the late afternoon
By Sunday morning I’m hungry.

In my community I don't think many woman fast.
Even as a teen my father forbade me to fast becuase it takes me a few weeks to get my koichas back (and I'm not some weakling. I rarely get sick. Like ive had strep 3X im my life. Never the flu. Just I don't do well after the fast. Actual fast I'm fine. It's after that I get very weak and often sick like symptoms just from weakness)

HOW do you then fast on Tisha bav?

Northern Europe.

On the plus side it is cool and raining today so its much easier.

I'm a good faster in general. if I feel ill I would break it but I am fine so far.

I love the long summer days so this doesn't bother me too much.
