My daughter’s name is Simcha
2 funny stories come to mind.
When her little sister was 2.5 I found her crying
I asked why she was crying she said because it’s Simcha’s Torah, I want it to be my Torah too.

Then when my daughter was in high school she called a friend and asked to speak to her. The mom asked whom should I say is calling.
Simcha
Sorry my daughter doesn’t speak to boys
And hung up.
🤣🤣🤣

There are also tons of names with Tal in them but I associate them more with Pesach/spring - although no reason why OP couldn't use one if she finds one she really likes.
