Brinner is breakfast for dinner. Like eggs, waffles, pancakes.

But I think you should make acorn squash cheese rice

Buy an acorn squash. Cut in half. Scoop out seeds. Put in bowl with a little water under and saran wrap the bowl. Microwave for 7 mins. Cook rice, drain and add cheese melt. Put melty rice cheese inside acorn half. And enjoy.
