I have some disposable gloves in case I need to go on the register I just feel more comfortable with gloves and not even because of covid and stuff but because sometimes the meat packages leak

Your Q is not clear to me -
Loses sleep b.c having a hard time finding shidduchim for her children?
Loses sleep while a shidduch is going on - worrying about it?
I suppose at some point we do find it hard to fall asleep, and worry, and think, and fret, and speculate, until I sternly tell myself, "STOP!" and imagine to myself that I'm throwing ALL my worries up to Hashem and He Catches the sack of worries.Then I'm able to fall asleep.
TPBM is sending her teenage daughter to seminary in Israel, next year, iy"H.

Thank you. I close my eyes and picture that I'm putting all my worries - I name each worry, into a sack, tie the sack closed tight, and throw it up to Hashem and Hashem Catches it. I do this not only with shidduchim, but whenever I can't fall asleep due to stress. It really calms me, b'H.

TPBM is thinking of changing schools for her children next year, for a specific reason.
