Is there anywhere near Lancaster that we can get kosher food? Also are there any minyanim nearby this time of year?

Lancaster has a year round minyan.

After tisha b’av during bein hazmsnim many of the popular hotels and parks will have multiple minyanim during the day.

It looks like there are less options this year. We anyways always brought because the takeout was a fortune.
There are some really nice parks for bbq. Dutch wonderland has a bbq area right outside the park.

What about staying in Lancaster over shabbos? Is it walking distance to shul.?

Most of the hotels that are popular with tourists would be quite a long walk to the main shul in town. Perhaps look into finding an AirBNB in that part of town if you want to be there for Shabbos.
