Indoor-
Board games like ticket to ride, settlers of catan, chess, individual or 2 player brain games like rush hour (there are tons of these geared from preschool to adult)
Outdoor-
Balls, rockets, kites

For that amount, I'd see if I could buy an inflatable water slide at a summer clearance sale.
