Day Camp Rebbi says these kids are crazy wild and he wants to quit. He has been a Rebbi before, many years ago.
What should he try before he quits?

Lots of stories. Start at beginning and continue at the end.
Engaging lessons for summer. Interactive.
Points for behavior exchangeable for prizes.
Last year camp rebbe gave iced coffee (home made, decaf) as prizes for their tickets. The boys really liked that. It was like Starbucks coupons
Or some other prize. Should be easily to earn if behave and instant (like daily better then weekly - for sure not wait to end).
Bh my boys go to camp we’re the boys learn during learning time. I’m so happy. Otherwise it’s just a waste of their time and teaches horrible middos.

Everyone uses prizes but what are some discipline techniques that work, without going overboard, for when they get crazy?

I would recommend that he seeks advice from a mentor who works with the same age group and community.
Good teaching is a skill that can be taught.
