I need filling suggestions for the 9 days. If you are low carb what will u be eating?

I’m planning to eat eggs and fish with salad
Maybe a low carb crust pizza
Maybe ground mushroom sautéed like ground beef and then use lettuce leaves for taco

There’s a recipe for low carb falafel using hemp seeds
That with tehina and Israeli salad and some eggplant.

Don’t know how low carb

-I'm not low carb, but maybe use a lot of quinoa and spaghetti squash
-Zoodles
-You can also get low carb wraps.
-Lots of salmon.
-Eggs
-Eggplant parm, not fried in breadcrumbs
-Cauliflower pizza
-Riced cauliflower

WARNING!!!

Quinoa is not low carb. it's almost as bad as rice, though it has more fiber and nutrients. But still, it does not belong on a low-carb diet, unless you think of it as an occasional treat. (Which I do not.)

You can make all sorts of sandwiches and pizzas with cloud bread (I am posting one recipe but there are other ways to make it as well so google for additional recipes if you have allergies)-- https://www.wholesomeyum.com/r.....free/

I also like mixing eggs with protein powder and make pancakes with it. It would probably work in the waffle maker as well but I never tried it.

If you have a nutribullet or ninja then a smoothie with spinach, kale, strawberries (or whatever fruits you like) mixed with protein powder is very filling as well.

Cauliflower is a good substitute for other things as well like pizza crust and mac and cheese. Here are some more recipes you can use with cauliflower-- https://www.epicurious.com/ing.....llery

you can make baked ziti from spaghetti squash
ceasar salad with grated parmesian cheese
tuna patties
crustless vegetable cheese quiche
any roasted or stirfry veg with melted cheese
avocado/egg salad
mock liver from eggplant or greenbeans
mushroom/egg salad
stuffed portabella caps
tuna melts made with lc wraps
any baked fish
you can even use two portabellla caps instead of burger buns to create sandwiches
omelletes with veggies
spinach ( you can add cheese)
broocoli soup with melted cheese
any cake muffin from almond flour
lc cheese cake
they sell ready lc cheese snacks/ yogurts/ blintzes

you can do boats from eggplant, spaghetti squash, or zucchinni & stuff with vegetables/cheese
cantaloupe cubes with cottage cheese
strawberries or blueberries with low carb yogurt or sour cream, you can add nuts or make a smoothie
string cheese
baby carrots or veggie sticks in a lc dip/dressing

vegetable cutlets/patties
veg kugel
tuna kugel
latkes made from different ( one type) veggies like zucchini...etc.
different salads like mock potato salad made from cauliflower
broccolli salad
cabbage salad
spaghetti squash salad
carrot salad
salad with roasted zucchini/eggplant/mushroom
salad with nuts/ little chic peas
roasted veggies or chips made from diff vegg like carrot chips etc

I’m so boring. We eat fish, eggs, cheese, heavy cream, and such on a daily basis. Hub just made pesto with zucchini for tomorrow with friends, I made salmon and egg salad ( with my own mayo. We have pickled veg and salad. It’s just food. It does t all have to be gourmet.
