Every other day unless I'm extra sweaty. Fewer when I lived in a colder climate. Cold and quick, and soap only essential areas. I normally have a longer leisurely shower every day.

I shower everyday. I shave my legs in the shower. Many of my female friends shower daily also.
I could vomit from the stench of some men who don't. I had to leave PT yesterday because the smell was overwhelming, and it was only Monday. I am not looking forward to Shabbos shopping.

I don't follow this anymore but I think that we should. The 9 days are supposed to be like the shiva week. I don't think that people put enough restrictions on themselves. |
I thought they were supposed to be like shloshim. Tisha b'Av is shiva.

It’s like 98 degrees outside. So, every day.

Is there a source for washing one limb at a time in the 9 days?
I shower like that on YT.
I have never heard of this concept for the 9 days.

Yes, sure. If you read about the halachos of the 9 days it says that one should not have a pleasurable shower rather wash limb by limb as necessary.

This, also for health.
Unless you live in Argentina, or other places where it’s cold winter

I live in Israel.
I usually am very bothered by not showering and shower every day.
Usually, in the 9 days, I take a cold shower every 2 days to make sure it's not pleasurable for me.
This year, I'm stepped it up a notch and really trying to feel like I'm aveilus, so I'm just every few days washing the 'important' areas with cold water and soap (like not all at the same time). I think it's important to try and push and grow, and sometimes that's not the most enjoyable thing, but it's good for us.

I work so I shower every day but over the weekend I skip one day (or sometimes two like when there are two weekends over the 9 days).

I dont think how many showers you do take during 9 days should be advertised

Unfortunately, I just had to learn these halachos (or minhagim? most of aveilus is minhag) and during shloshim one is not supposed to take showers for enjoyment, only as needed, and with cool water.

I shower every day, washing one limb at a time, in not too warm water. I try not to use strong smelling soaps and shampoos. I also try to skip washing my hair every second or third day.
