How to keep off weight loss from being sick

I had a bacterial stomach bug for 5 days, still not feeling well. I weighed myself on Thursday by chance and just weighed myself again and I lost 2.5 kilo! I have not been eating much plus it's not staying in...
I would love to know ways to keep it off once I start feeling better?

Unfortunately, part of that weoght loss is water, from dehydration. So you wouldn't want to keep it off.
