I'm a longtime poster, don't want to out myself. We will iyh be sending to this cheder.
It's opening in Lakewood and will be taking children from Jackson, Toms River and Lakewood.
They have a beautiful building. I heard great regards about the menahel. We are very hopeful.
My kids were in a neutral cheder in BP previously.
I believe the parent body is a mix of heimish and chassidish. Peyos in front of the ear and behind the ear. Yiddish and English speaking.
I don't know tons as I left most of the researching up to my husband.
I just hope and pray that all parents will be paying their tuition on time so the cheder doesn't get sucked into financial ruin. That's partly what happened to the cheder that tried opening last year.

My husband just spoke with the menahel. They are really determined to make this work. We were impressed with what we heard.

The name btw is Bshaar Yissocher (not ohr yisoscher).

Will Litvish be comfortable there or is it just for heimish/chassidish? No wrong answer, just curious.

I’m curios if it’s the same Menahel that’s in a boys camp in upstate?

They already have a new menahel I met him (he has many yrs experience)

Who's financing this cheder? I saw pix of the building. It's impressive if they can pull it off, but if they're jumping into this like Toras Yisroel did, they are doomed..

Toras yisroel closed and is opening under a new name and management called shaar yisachor so the boys I guess are continuing.
