I often see posts both here and elsewhere about how parents wish their children would just go back to school already, or complaining about days off. I don’t get it. Why did you have all these children if you don’t want them around?

Come on...dont be so simplistic. Im sure women who cant wait for the kids to get out of the house still love them and want them.
How about you change the topic of this thread, and edit your post to something a little more friendly? (I hope I dont sound nasty. Im being serious)

Why have a job if you complain about the stresses ever? Because you like the money. You have a long term goal, so you deal with the every day issues.

Children are their own reward. It's ok to admit that the days are long.

The days are long, but the years are short.

Simple. For the good/sanity of both ourselves and children. Some children just don't do well without the structure of a school and become a mess for themselves and others around them to deal with.
Enter school- perfectly behaved for most of the day, come home for a happy pleasant quality time afternoon. Let the love flow...

I have to find a way to save this, and find it when I need it.

Can I say I look at life from both sides now? What about the mothers who love their children but find that 10 weeks of no structure/different structure is too much for everyone?

I so agree with u! It drives me up the wall when I see mothers carrying on that the kids had a snow day and they don’t know what to do with them on sundays when they’re home!

No, frum people value children and can empathize with others... Some thing you might like to work on.
