I'm looking for an exercise class that is targeted towards pre-pregnancy/pregnancy/ and post partum. My problem is that I don't want to listen to non-Jewish music. I don't mind beats.
Can anyone recommend a class somewhere in Brooklyn?
*It must be safe for pregnancy.
