I know a lot of you are doing keto. I came up with this today and it was SO good!! It's really like eating soft serve chocolate ice cream! If you've ever tried the banana ice cream this reminds me of that. But keto! And no banana taste AND you really can't taste the avocado!
1 FROZEN avocado (freeze when ripe)
Almond milk (not too much, you want a creamy, not liquidy, consistency)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tbsp almond butter
Sweetener- I used 2 squeezes Pyure stevia
Blend until creamy. Top with a few strawberries and/or toasted pecans for even more deliciousness!
