Not sure, but I’m thinking of schnitzel, at room temperature, and a couple of starchy sides - like pasta salad. I’ll push water/vitamin water and watermelon throughout the day. Someone mentioned that sweet potatoes are supposed to be really beneficial before a fast; I guess because they’re high in potassium.

Really?!?
I am kidding.
How would fasting from Chatzot make any sense at all. It would be a prime example of Al Tosif and when people make up ridiculous chumrahs.

So why did you say you fast from chatzos? It's supposed to be funny??? OP just wants ideas for shalosh seudaos, this is not a "make fun of ridiculous chumras" thread.

Whole wheat challah
Guacamole
Salmon
Brown rice
Quinoa
Lettuce salad
Baked sweet potatoes
Watermelon
Grapes

I would like to try to mak a brown rice and lentil dish and leave in a crockpot all Shabbos But I’m not sure if the rice will get disgusting being left that long.

You have to eat a lot of protein before a fast. And nobody want fleishig in my family.
I eat fish before every single fast, and I have fasted a gazillion times. Never had a problem yet!
