I'll go first:

I really, badly want a Time Turner. I need a 56 hour day.

(My daughter says she wants Accio, but I'd rather the Time Turner).

Molly Weasley's clock has also seriously tempted me.

I totally agree about the time turner! I always wanted to be able to control time. Go back to spend more time with loved ones, fast forward boring / uncomfortable times etc.
It would be awesome!

Petrificus Totalus, for every single time I see my children just about to do something truly dangerous (or just wrong)

Also, sometimes at the end of a shabbos meal I flip my hand at the table and say "scourgify!".
It never works, but I like to try... (my husband thinks im crazy. At least he tolerates me but he doesnt let me do it in front of guests Very Happy)

Silencio - when my kids are arguing.

Any of the household spells to tidy up with a whisk of my wand.

As someone with chronic lateness, Apparition would be very useful.

When I'm stuck in traffic I wish I had Mr Weasley's flying car.
