Thanks so much!! Exactly what I was looking for. I googled recipes, and they all had additional ingredients such as brown sugar, honey... I was looking for the standard...

Just wondering, does it need to be refrigerated? I refrigerated leftovers and they became really hard. I'm wondering if it would stay room temperature, would it also harden up like that? And if not, could it stay out of the fridge?

I make this all the time and it does not need to be refrigerated. It hardens at room temperature. (I also use 1/2 cup sugar instead of 1 cup and it tastes great).

Also I put chocolate chips on top and put in the oven for a minute or two (then smooth with a knife or whetever). Instant chocolate frosting!
