Ok so shabbos is just out and I have had fever and still don't feel well... I know I should try to fast but I'm already a bad faster and I don't know if I should consult a rabbi now when it is night and everyone is readign eicha. I want to sleep again feel so bad.

I once had fever on Tisha bav and was told by my rav I didn't have to fast. It is a nidcha so more lenient this year. Ask your Rav

I was told that because of nidche it's very easy to get a heter not to fast. I'm not fasting myself
