Whatever is around. Always something light, like salads. Never fleishik, even when you are allowed to have it. I can’t imagine having a heavy meal on such an empty stomach.

I don't know how people have energy to make homemade rolls. I bought baguettes from the freezer and we'll have some scrambled eggs and soup that I have in the freezer as well. After I had my decaf coffee and some cake.

4.5 hours to go. I'm starving.

When I fast, I bake (YK is hard because I couldn't bake obviously) Most people think its weird and DH had to flee the bakery smell emanating from the house...

As a result we are having:
-sprinkle cookies
-chocolate cranberry chunk cookies
-marble bundt cake
-stuffed crust pizza
-grapes
-Gatorade
there are a bunch of salads as well

I still remember the meal they used to serve in camp after fasts. potato soup and blintzes. It was actually very good for breaking the fast.

We will be eating leftover Shabbos sides. Maybe with some fried eggs, if we're really feeling ambitious.
