I bought a shawarma spice
How do I marinate and cook chicken cubes with it?

Oil salt pepper and the mix. Let it rest in the fridge. Super easy.

Just oil + Spice. Marinade in fridge.
I broil for 30-40 min

I really like using it when making meatballs as well. I put the shwarma spice in with the mince meat, egg and breadcrumbs.

Saute onions
Add cut up chicken to the onions
sprinkle a generous amount of shwarma spice
add salt
cook, stirring occasionally, until done

If its the Pereg one, add salt. Trust me. I think its best on pargiot and then broiled. Serve in a pita with isrseli salad and fries. (Hmmm... I think I have a dinner plan for tonight!)
