2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water (110° to 115°)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Combine yeast water sugar in bowl and let proof and oil and let sit 5 minutes add egg flour and salt. Mix well .
Divide dough into flat balls on greased cookie sheet cover and let rise for 10 mins . Bake at 425 for 8 to 12 minutes.
Lessen sugar if x want too sweet
