No glitter.
Other than play doh, any ideas?
I will put a tablecloth on the table for easier cleanup.

Sticker art kits and coloring art kits are great. Also the clear magic paint sets that only appear colored on the coordinating materials that come in the kit.

My kids love paint .

Dollar-store types of colored craft popsicles sticks- when you put them in water, the water turns color of stick.
I know kids who love stirring water with sticks and seeing color change.
Can teach abt primary and secondary colors

The Crayola washable paints are the only ones I let my toddlers use - they wash out so easily.
Also shaving cream from the dollar store is really fun to play with either on the table surface or also in the bathtub
My kids also love the Melissa and Doug Water Wow books

This. But I still don't allow good clothes during craft time.

Go to the dollor store and get glue, pipe cleaners, googly eyes, pom pom and construction paper and let them be creative.
Also you can do tissue paper art-let them glue scrunched pieces of tissue paper on paper in shapes.
