I don't have time to be busy making kugels for Shabbos. I feel like they're a lot of work with little nutritive return, but they're still good to have as side dishes.

Any store in Flatbush which has really good potato/lokshen/Yerushalmi kugel, specifically?

Good to know- we're in the area a lot, so maybe I'll try that. I love Tov Umeitiv's soups, so I figured that's worth a shot. I've tasted some of Meal Mart's food and liked it, as well. I just never tried kugel from any of these places.

Meisner's is in BP, no?

I disagree with the second, I once asked for a potato kugel and was given one that clearly had been frozen or refrigerated,,,,make sure you ask first.

There’s one in Flatbush too. Also, Moishas makes the most delicious potato kugel....

I agree but their potato Kugel is one of the best I’ve tasted, and others agree too.

More likely I'll try 1 or 2 kugels from a different place every week- or just stick with one place if I like them.

I'm not so stuck on it, I just feel like I could use some kugels and don't have time to make them. I never bought before because I just hadn't found any I liked. We'll see if that changes.

Moisha's potato kugel (was easiest to start there since I normally shop there). Did not like it. I'll probably try Chap a Nosh Yerushalmi, then maybe Meal Mart or Tov Umeitiv, then Pomegranate.
