Is there anywhere to park my car if I want to drive to the kosel?

There is a very small lot by shaar tsiyon I believe. You have to pay. Other than that, it is very tricky. Your best bet may be to park by tachana rishona and take the shuttle.

Mamilla and karta parking lots are the closets you can park right out of the old city.
In the old city there are also a few paying parking lots but those fill up very fast in the mornings and dont usually have any spots by mid day.

We have parked on rechov shmuel hanavi - kikar zvill. Then take the bus to the kosel.
It’s usually easy to find parking there and often you can park on grey which is free.
sometimes the bus only goes to mamilla though and You have to walk from there it depends what’s happening on the day b

Park at the train station. There's a free shuttle that goes to the City of David and the kotel.
