I mainly shop online. You can filter results by sleeve length, neckline etc. I see plenty of fall stuff with sleeves when I look at department store websites.

I was at the mall yesterday. Winter collections definitely arrived in Israel; they usually coordinate the collections to the ones in Europe.
That's why there's stuff so fluffy in stores that I won't be able to wear until November...at least.
